Radiance on outside starts with balance on inside - how to absorb your hydration at the cell level

Here you will learn about my journey the last 7 years to find balance within my inner physical body. I had used conventional methods of treatment for 25 years. It started at the age of 15 with HRT and orthodontics and I changed my lifestyle 7 years ago at the age of 38).
I started with changing my diet to be paleo - taking gluten and dairy out. Then I joined a Cross Fit gym that guided me into eating cleaner foods, less processed foods, thinking I was calming my inflammation that I knew my pain was stemming from. However, the pain got worse with the exercise. So my coach asked if I would work with her sister in school to become a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. I was DESPERATE and said YES!!
This began my journey of learning how food is really medicine, not energy as we are taught to believe. (I’ll get more into that at a later time.) So we started food therapy to see if the headache I experienced would ever go down with taking specific foods out of my diet. At the same time we were healing my gut using…..you got it…..FOODS. I started to feel some layers of tension (that’s what I called it at the time) start to ease. Little by little I could feel some shifts happening in my body to the point that the cravings we have in our society started to ease and all I desired was healing foods.
A few years later I added Juice Plus to my life and shared it with my loved ones. This is an amazing product that I do believe in. It made me and my family healthier and I continued my journey with the subconscious re-wiring of thoughts and words to help me to let go of my addiction to the pain. When you live with something long enough, you realize you become attached to it…it is your state of normalcy. So disassociating from the pain was a skill I had to re-learn. I had also known that my body needed more salt for minerals and had tried taking capsules of salt at times.
It wasn’t until Human Garage explained how the fascia is a crystal that should be a liquid state of flow did I realize that I didn’t have muscle tension, I had dehydrated fascial tissue - which caused the nerves through the muscles to tighten and harden…causing pain and knots.
Adding in Diatomaceous Earth and Irish Sea Moss, while doing the movements to support the fascia tissue, has been my greatest gains for the physical body.

My family has this in a jar labeled Tenacious D….LOL We all take a scoop of it as we remember to do so and I have been known to sneak it into our foods often. This used to be found in our soil, and there for in the plants and the foods that we consumed. As our soils have deplenished, this mineral is no longer in the food we eat. I do not think of it as a supplement. I think of it as eating something that should already be in our fruits and vegetables and I am doing my part to keep my body running smoothly.
What is Irish Sea Moss and why is it important for our body? Irish Sea Moss, or in my family we call it ‘Gilly Weed’, which you will only get that reference if you are a Harry Potter fan, became more known after the Irish used it to survive. A potato famine hit Ireland during the mid-19th century, during which the Irish started cultivating sea moss, and it quickly gained popularity thanks to its health benefits. ISM has 92 of the minerals we need for our body to function at its best. I order one that adds in Bladderwrack and Burdock Root (If you are on blood thinners, please check with your doctor as some of these have a natural component to supporting the blood in the same way). There are many ways to consume ISM. For me, I like capsules best. If you tend to like Sushi, you may like some alternative forms.
