My Story

For 30 years, I lived with an intense chronic headache that affected every aspect of my life. Despite exploring countless Western approaches (medications, trigger point injections, chiropractic) and Eastern practices (acupuncture, Chinese herbs, energy work), nothing brought lasting change.

It wasn’t until I discovered fascial maneuvers—and paired them with deep hydration and emotional integration—that I began to experience real shifts. The pain softened, and I reconnected with my body in a way I never had before.

This journey completely reshaped how I relate to my physical sensations and emotions. It’s also shaped the way I now support others—through a gentle, grounded approach that weaves together language, fascia movement, and breath to bring the body into greater ease and clarity.

Whether you choose Eastern or Western practices, focusing wellness here allows for all modalities to be more effective. For the body is unable to heal and work efficiently if it is in a state of stress. Ease brings allowance.

At Radiate Balance, I guide you to:

Work With Me

I came to this work as a parent and special education teacher who realized my own nervous system was living in constant stress.

I was functioning and caring for others, but my body wasn’t regulated—and no amount of pushing through was helping. That’s when I learned something essential: the body can’t heal, learn, or connect if it doesn’t feel safe.

I began gently bringing my body out of stress through hydration, minerals, food awareness, lymphatic movement, breath, and slow, intentional movement. Just as importantly, I learned to listen to my body—observing sensations and tension patterns and building trust instead of forcing change. As my body softened, clarity returned and long-held tension began to release.

I started applying this same approach in my special education classroom and saw immediate shifts. When regulation came first, bodies softened, attention improved, and learning followed.

This experience became the foundation of Radiate Balance and VESSEL workshops, co-created with Jenna of Rooted Wellness Studio, where we guide individuals, parents, and children to reduce stress, understand the body’s signals, and restore balance from the inside out.

Reconnect with your body’s natural flow and ease through fascia-based movement, conscious breathwork, and belief pattern awareness. This unique practice helps shift stored tension & stress into spaciousness, clarity, and presence.
