Finding Security WHILE letting go of Fears Held in the body

This week I launched a 4 week course to show others how we can collaborate together to find our inner fears. These fears are usually created when we are children or even while in utero.

These fears represent core wounds that resurface when we are triggered or under stress. In this class we reference the book: Transforming Your Dragons by Jose Stevens, PH.D. and teachings I learned from Matthew Bryant from Golden Line Training. I feel everyone is a bit surprised when they learn the two top fears in life, whether it come up as greed, arrogance, or stubbornness, to name a few.

Some are finding that it is not so much that you present as a person with these characteristics, it could also show up as you worry too much you will come across with these behaviors. We often dive a bit deeper and see through the perspective of where these fears came through our parents as we were growing up. Placing an identity on these fears, learning and feeling into them, allows us to then decide if we will allow them to continue as an enemy or partner with them as allies.

Security comes when we can see and feel what is robbing us of our security. The body can not heal as easily if it is not in a state of feeing secure. So the first steps of bringing the body out of stress (after fascial maneuvers) is identifying where these fears are stored in your body and what you can do with them to bring in that sense of security, safety and move into joy and celebration in life.
